Ryobi has invested in developing aspiring supervisors and managers fresh to the role by delivering a CMI level 5 Management and Leadership accredited course, designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills. Thanks to the support of PDQ Solutions and resources and supporting materials from the CMI, our employees covered many areas of team management theories and best practices, including best practices and examples from real life.
