Ryobi launch Orchardville Academy

We are delighted to announce our new venture with Orchardville which will launch in July of this year. The Orchardville Academy in Ryobi Aluminium Castings UK Ltd is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland and provides on site training for people with neurodivergent and/or additional needs. This programme will help the participants transition in to the work environment with hands on experience while also gaining an OCN certificate on completion. At the end of the programme the service users will either gain employment through Ryobi, where roles are available, or Orchardville will help match them to other relevant available roles.
