Ulster University Jordanstown – Student Visit
In April a group of students from Ulster University Jordanstown visited Ryobi. The visit was hosted by Graham Coulter, HSE Manager, who gave a presentation about the company, followed by a plant tour, with assistance from Steven Tait, HSE Officer.
The students were particularly interested in finding out about the design process within Ryobi as they are currently studying a module called Design and Industry 2 which aims to show students how manufacturing processes and design are integrated in the commercial world.
